VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Following the manual harvest, the grape has alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. Refined in barrell for 12-14 months.
Intense ruby red color, intense aroma of red berries, hints of vanilla, cinnamon; elegant, flavourful and harmonious.
Excellent with salami and red meats roast.
An international wine, refined in barrell gives roundness to the wine.
