VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Following the harvest, the grapes are pressed without being crushed, the must begins a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees to preserve the aromas. After a period of storage in steel, the second fermentation starts with Charmat method for 6 months. Spumante Brut is then bottled and refined for two months in the bottle.
Light straw yellow color, clear and brilliant. Fine and persistent perlage with floral and fruity aromas.
Excellent as an aperitif and paired with vegetables and fish appetizer, soup and rice.
