VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Following the manual harvest, the grapes are crushed and then the alcoholic fermentation begins for 10 days in steel tanks. The wine is matured for 6 months in steel after the malolactic fermentation.
Intense ruby color, with light violet nuances, characteristic aroma of red berries, with strong floral notes of violet. Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is a flavorful, harmonic and tannic wine.
Excellent if pair with Pizza o pasta, perfect also with red and white meat.
