VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Following the harvest, the grapes are pressed without being crushed, the must begins a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees to preserve the aromas. After fermentation, the wine rests in steel for several months.

TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow color, notes of fresh fruit, in particular pear. The structure and softness make Pinot Grigio a harmonious and minerality wine.

10-12° C

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Pinot Grigio pairs with light appetizers, soups, risotto with herbs and seafood, also with white meat.
